Cleanliness. The balcony with view towards the Duomo. Friendly hosts.

Good location, nice breakfast baskets and conditions for having meals, great organization for self service, cool terraces, clean and very nice at all! We would check -in again if we have another trip to Florence!
We chose the apartment because of the location and the Parking mentioned as + for the booking/in Booking/, but the parking was paid (20 euro per day), unattended and about 300 m away. Yet it was OK, but the additional price and the walking with bags was a little bit unexpected. For room number 3 only there is no bathroom and WC IN the room but they were in the corridor, which was uncomfortable, compared to the others, although the facilities were very clean and nice, we still had to cross neighbors with our towels on ;) I hope we shocked none of the other guests The bed was a little bit squeaky...

Near the train station. Clean. Comfortable. Well priced.
Centrally located. Spacious. Clean. Self checkin.
The room wasn’t completely dark because of the gap between the curtains and the wall.

Close to the city center
Close to the city center, three tram stops. Large common terrace. Free parking behind the house. Noisier due to the train station, but it's the city center and that counts.
